Our refrigeration facility is built on part of a 49,000 m² land area, with significant space for future expansion. It includes 27 storage rooms of varying capacities to meet the needs of all clients, whether for refrigerated or frozen storage. The facility features three main corridors and a loading and unloading area equipped with nine high-quality platforms. The structural steel and concrete floors, along with the administrative building, feature top-notch finishes. The refrigeration system operates on ammonia gas, known for its efficiency. The equipment has been installed by specialized global companies like “Johnson Controls”, using the latest components from leading brands such as “York” and “Frick”. Additionally, the walls and ceilings of the refrigerated areas are fitted with high quality, fire-resistant sandwich panels from “KingSpan”. To further ensure operational efficiency and safety, the cold storage building is equipped with a modern generator to avoid power outages. These features guarantee the highest levels of reliability and security.
